The lettuce is not being stored properly it's always wet mushy and transparent. Which leads me to question the storage of their other ingredients. This location is always super slow so I assume they are severely understaffed. The taco bell on chinden by McDonald's always has my order ready before I even get to the window. Never had any issues with their lettuce either.

It is the worst when hunger calls for any sustenance. Like a fool I ended up eating Taco Bell. My gut and my toilet Give it 2 thumbs down. However there was one employee that found it funny that I was complaining about the food and atmosphereI promise you out of all of the employees she will eventually climb out of that dog food processing plants and make something of herself.

Everything has went up in price but has also gotten way smaller. Bean burritos used to have beans inside them. Now it's like just a tortilla with a small spread of beans. The top third of my burrito had nothing but a little sauce in it.

All I'm going to say is the food was cold and the order was wrong. I'm disappointed. This used to be the best taco bell. You're employees are slacking. However the employee that helped us when we decide from home to come back he was nice. Compensation from them went from a assistant manager to a district manager. That tells you right there the fairness was shady. Then after insisting the order was refunded. Nobody wants that. Customers want friendly, hot food of they order. I returned the food that was wrong. Driving back was a pain. Even with a refund nobody wants to do that. Would you?

whatever you do do not get the nacho fries and they are at the tiniest serving of fries ever not even a full portion and they want more then a toca but give you next to no fries there was 8 fries for 5 $
