Service was great. Took our order right away and suggested we got a meat pie and I'm glad we did. There is outside eating tables but we decided to take it to go. The chicken in both meals was pretty good. The sauce on it is yummy. The rice on both was a bit bland for my taste. The fried rice has corn, green beans, carrots, and baby shrimps in it but does not have much flavor to it. Salt would have helped but we had none to add. I transport RVs across the country, so while coming through Boise with one I looked up Nigerian food near me and her food truck came up. I'm glad I did because the Egusi w/fufu was delicious! The flavor was everything! Her portions aren't overwhelming and priced perfectly for someone on the go and looking for a home cooked meal. She has out door seating which was perfect for me. Also plenty of parking. If I'm every coming through Boise again I will most definitely make this one...read full review

This was my first time coming to this location and very first time trying fufu . I had a great experience. The lady thst was there was very nice and kind. She had a smile and when she gave me my food(nice and hot) she explained to me how to eat egusi and fufu :-) My food was delicious and and I will be going there again. Thank you!
