We were seated promptly, the waitress greeted us & informed us of a special (sea bass, which I ordered), took our order in a timely fashion & our food was delivered fairly quickly. My food was excellent and my partner enjoyed her meal as well. I was pleasantly surprised at the bill; I thought the meal was a good value.

Although the food was not particularly memorable, our server Troy, was. He was very accommodating and pleasant - he is a wonderful asset to Trillium.

Had chicken and waffles again. Was disappointed it was no longer a delicious chicken breast but spicy chicken tenders. Didn't care for. Waitress was kind enough to have kitchen make regular tenders which was appreciated but not nearly as delicious as previous chicken (breast) and waffles meal enjoyed last visit. Service was excellent and meal was a good price on lunch menu which goes till 5 pm.

We ordered two appetizers, two entrees and dessert…. Szechuan cauliflower, crab strata, Cajun shrimp mac and cheese, and the beef stroganoff. What can I say? Everything was delicious! The cauliflower was out of this world as was the beef stroganoff. Everything was homemade and very fresh. The Cajun mac and cheese had just the right amount of spice from a ghost pepper cheese, and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. The crab strata was layers of perfection with plenty of crab on top and homemade tortilla chips to bring it all to fruition! The dessert was a huckleberry s’more, again all homemade and delicious. I wish we could have tried the peach cheesecake, as that sounded delicious too, but there was just no more room to be had.Our server was an amazingly sweet lady, who was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing our dishes. I would request her again. Her name is Li Shue.Oh, and prices were pretty reasonable too!We will return again and again!!

Great experience as always for this under the radar restaurant which in my opinion provides a better overall value than some of the aggressively hyped restaurants in Boise. Keep up the good work. ?
