This location is outstanding but this review is specifically for Oliver. This man made the impossible, possible! In a world where customer service is below par, this man (Oliver) stood above the rest. Not only was he energetic and a comedian, he resolved my the issue of delivery service during a snow storm. Normally we have no issues. Tonight it took over 40 minutes from the time we received the “your order is on its way” text before our food was delivered barely warm to us 40 minutes later. We live 8 minutes from Papa Johns in Caldwell. Busy or not, pizza should not be barely warm when delivered and bread sticks mostly cold nor should the toppings and sauce be smeared inside the top and edge of the boxes.
