We have had 2 very different experiences at this Pizza Hut. We dined in with our grandchildren on New Years Eve. Our server was amazing even though she was running to take care of everyone. Our pizzas were delicious.We ordered pizza for pickup a week ago. The pizza was no comparison to the one we received when dining in. The stuffed crust was skimpy on cheese, the top of the pizza lacked sauce, veggies and cheese on about 1/3 of it. What happened!? We will give them 1 more...read full review

I just had the best service from this Pizza Hut on 10th in Caldwell ID.I am allergic to pineapples - like Deadly allergicThere was a couple loose pineapple pcs loose in the box so they made & delivered a new personal pan pizza to me.They seriously are the best. They also noted on our account the allergy.

Lot of terrible service, takes them too long and product quality too low.They put Cinnabon and 2 pizza melts together instead of 3 separate boxes we paid for.And quality was subpar to Pizza hut standard.
