“There were 2 employees, a lady sand what seemed to be a new employee (guy) he really struggled but are just made everything right, never called him out on his lack of knowledge. I think I was more pleased with how she handled everything even thou they were really busy. I got the ultimate steak sandwich and wow, that's really delicious!!“

“First timer. Definitely a pleasant and comfortable experience. I ordered the 4" Italian hot with everything. The lady with the beautiful hair was so friendly. I took my order to go. Fast and efficient. Delicious sourdough bread. Run don't walk. They're open for lunch.“
“Found this GEM here on Google and the reviews were great and not wrong!!Stopped for sack lunch to take to the mountains!! I ordered the Sicilian and it was SOOO GOOD!!! Bread was excellent and it was loaded with meat, veggies and perfect flavor combo!!! I’m not usually a pickle girl but the pickles on this sandwich were the icing on the cake!!!The employee was attentive, friendly and hardworking as it was busy and he was getting it done!!! Excellent employee!! The atmosphere is simple sandwich shop, a few seats along the wall if you want to eat there, nothing special but very clean so that was great!!! Good job MB SANDWICH SHOP!! I will be back the next trip to Boise!!!“

“Classic Deli shop!! Corned Beef and Pastrami under one roof. The bread selection is impeccable, offering sliced sourdough, rye, whole wheat, and sourdough roll. You can go wrong with a Corned Beef on Rye with mustard and pickels. I have enjoyed this masterpiece thoroughly.“
“It's one of those little family run restaurants. My original assumption was that it was just gonna be meh, but it blew me away. I got a calzone, and it was one of the best I've ever had. I do wish they would tone down the portions a bit so you don't have to pay as much. It was pretty chill inside, there was only like 1 or two other parties. I ate here on a trip to Idaho, so I doubt I'll be going back.“

“An amazing pie experience here- sweet pies, hand pies, savory pies and fabulous coffees too. The best crust I ever tasted and I loved my coffee too. My pecan pie was just as expected, not a big boozy taste and the chopped pecans give a more subtle texture than I'm used to. My Dad tried his favorite blueberry pie and it was very good. The New Orleans coffee was exceptional and unique. Pies available for the holidays and I would surely get one or two if I was local.“
“Great sourdough sammies! My soup today was extra hot with a side of sourdough. I also ordered the Greek salad without the ham. Plenty of toppings came on it! Artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, cucumber, tomatoes. Great place for hot soups and good sandwiches!“
“This place, specifically this location, is a time capsule. It's like a lodge in the interior, like it was crafted years ago very simply and has a very unique smell.The food is amazing. Soups are stellar. Drink offerings are totally acceptable for an old sandwich shop. The salad bar is a little lacking but has the standards.Staff is nice, during a rush they get through the line of people - just not super quick. Always worth the wait though.You are always offered free chips and fruit. Sometimes they even have free logo'd 5 gallon buckets. Why? I have no clue but people were excited to take them home.They do have meeting rooms to host larger groups of people.Parking: Limited but not hard to find a spot.“

“i love the food but we went in at 4:45 and they close at 5:00 on Sunday and everything was covered up and the slicer was in the back and the girl didn't crack a smile the whole time and slowly brought it out. She was mad we were there. I almost asked if we were bothering her. unbelievable. I have worked in restaurants and had the same feeling when people come in close to close, but we were in and out in less then 10 min!“
“I'm a sandwich girl. I love good bread, fresh ingredients and a fair price. Got all of that today when I visited my very first Blimpie! Service was friendly and quick, I ordered the regular size Club. I asked to hold the oil and vinegar as I wasn't going to eat it until a little later, but was pleasantly surprised when she offered to give me packets! I added pickles to my sandwich. I enjoy sandwiches from JJs, JMs, SFS and a few others, but had never tried Blimpies. I'm glad I did today. The store appeared clean although I wasn't really looking deep. This is the cheapest priced yummy sandwich I have found so far. The regular size sandwich was plenty for me.“

“This place was highly recommended to us, the Rueben was delicious and big. Absolutely worth the price. However, the only complaint I have is they call them small, family, large. But it doesn't tell you what that means. So we ordered a large. Thinking just a large sub or something. Nope, I received 2! sandwiches. I only needed 1. So it would be really nice if that was clearer online. Because we sent someone to order for us for takeout and we had no idea until the person was picking it up. Over all great! Just order a small! “6 of us went here for lunch one day, not realizing that it was located inside of a gas station. Even though the gas station is relatively large, there isnt a lot of seating to be had. With so many of us we had difficulty finding enough chairs/tables to go around, and wound up having to borrow a couple of taller stools from nearby. Many of us ordered a sandwich, cup of soup, and a drink and the price was pretty reasonable for the quality. I do wish the sandwiches were ready quicker as it took a fair amount of time for all 6 of our orders to be ready, but that also means that they were made freshly. Seemed to be fairly busy during lunch which was also a good sign. The French dip sandwich was good and the au jus made it delicious. Chicken noodle soup was also fairly good. I would be happy to go here again, just would go with a smaller group. This would allow me to more easily get a table as well as not having to wait so long for everyone's food.“
“My two year old melted down the second we came in for a to go order. The staff was kind and patient and even offered him a "Blimpie" stuffed bear. Will definitely be back, though maybe I'll use the drive thru if I have a cranky toddler.“
