Really friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Only issue is their gift card machine is still down. We've been there twice in several months looking forward to using our gift cards only to find out that's still down.

This was our first try of a new BBQ place after mutiple disappointed trips around town over the past few years. Can't say enough about how amazing the time & passion comes through in unbelievable levels of flavor & texture. Changed Dan's religion. Eli is no doubt super talented & welcoming. Great staff & choice of music. This is a must for everyone & we will definitely be new regulars. Thank you Eli & Dickey's on Glennwood.

It has been awhile since I visited this location but it was one of my lunchtime favorites for several years. I was really disappointed in my experience today and changes apparently made under new ownership. While the one person provided reasonable service the place was nearly empty at 1pm, menu selections had been reduced, had to request additional bbq sauce as the sauces were no longer accessible on the service counter, waffle fries are no more, soft serve machine look like it...read full review
