As usual food was good, except the greens with the burger as salad were not very appealing. I would have preferred lettuces and arugula. Our server never told us of any specials, nor of the fish. Not as friendly feeling as usual.

We've dined at CK's twice in the last month. Food has been consistently good. My salad with blue cheese and apples was way overdressed. I wouldn't have it again. Otherwise food and service were good. Desserts are excellent.

The BEST quality food & flavor in Sun Valley! No question, our absolute favorite among a handful of worthy competitors, the most delicious!

Always a good choice for dining. Best place in Blaine county. Likely the best place in the state. Never disappointed!

Our out of town son and his new wife were visiting. We shared appetizers, salad and soup... all were unique and delicious. The salmon special was extraordinary and the gaucho steak was as always perfectly done. We love CKs for special occasions and weekday dinners. The staff is warm and professional! Our favorite restaurant in the valley!

food was good, but service slow and abrupt- had a small gift card to use towards large bill and apparently without notifying you in advance if you use a gift card there is a mandatory 25% tip tacked on regardless of level of service.

Kitchen staff needs to pay better attention to how the preparation of food. When CK was in the kitchen food was much better. Quality has degraded. Especially when considering the cost.

CKs is a bit pricy for our budget- we don't go very often but when we do it's perfect in every way. The food is always top notch- flavorful and delicious! The service is truly professional- the right amount of attention without being in your experience too much. It is the best restaurant in the valley- and there are some good ones up in Ketchum. I feel fortunate to have this place here in Hailey!

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the Valley. We always look forward to enjoying farm to table dishes cooked by a master chef and served by true professional servers. The ambiance is warm and welcoming.

We confidently chose CK's for our early Christmas Eve dinner for two. It never disappoints in any way. We ordered a premium Oregon Pinot Noir, finger Caesar Salad and a tasty new side dish, grilled Brussels Sprouts with bacon and both chose the Chilean Sea Bass, because the presentation sounded so tempting. It was delicious. Despite the festive, happy atmosphere we skipped daughter Simone's delicious ice creams and cakes, left early and yielded our table to another happy couple. Such a great restaurant! We are lucky to have it.

What's not to love about CK's? Amazing food, friendly service, local and fresh ingredients and a local's favorite. The outdoor patio is especially nice in the summer months. We always try the specials and are never disappointed!

We were seated at “The Chef's Bar” area. It's quieter there and you can see what's going on in the kitchen. The food was AMAZING and the proportions generous. Our server, Kennedy, was very attentive even though it was the height of the dinner hour. I give CK's my highest recommendation.

This is my personal opinion. We visited CK's last week and I must say, apart from stellar service (thus two stars), it was a total boring disappointment. I started with a Tito's martini and asked for a double olive; I had two rounds. When the bill came I discovered that I was charged a $1.00 for each extra olive. In a long life of patronizing quality restaurants, I had never, ever seen this before and was appalled. A total failure of hospitality in my book and should never happened. It reeked of cheapness and particularly when they don't give call liquor away in the first place. I ordered a hamburger. Smallish and as dry as the gobi desert. $22.00. Fries were extra, were served hot and were good. That said, the menu has not materially changed in many years (except for the price) and while the food is generally good, the lack of creativity and innovation is a disincentive to return. As if charging for an extra olive were not enough disincentive to return. It will be a long while before we go back. Plenty of other places to try.

We have been going into CK's for many years. Last night we came in late, with a son driving from Wyoming on his birthday, and the staff took total care of us all. Every aspect of every meal there is always amazing. One of two of our favorite places to eat in the Woodriver Valley. Good jog you guys..... The Boleys
