It was a really disappointing visit. Food has been better but the service was ridiculous. I understand staff shortages but having Rude children approach your table with zero respect for personal space , basicrestaurabt cleanliness knowkedge and loaded with a whole bunch of attitutide . 1) we had 1 potsticker we had one potsticker left when he approached our table. Told him we were still working on our meal. He then stood and waited for us to eat the potsticker. Eventually he walked away. Then he came back only to remove the potsticker plate and not the other ditty empty dishes 2) he then came back to clear the table. I asked for fresh chopsticks because I was ordering sushi and chopsticks had sticky sauces on it from earlier orders . He said they looked clean and proceeded to drop both sets chopsticks in a messy stack in front of me . I said I would like fresh ones. He finally took the dirty chopsticks. When he returned he proceeded to literally throw down 2 fresh pairs and walked away. We only needed 1 pair 3) the waitress was too busy working a single 8 top table around the corner. Completely forgot about us as we waited 20 minutes to get our check . Hope they can find better staff soon. Food is great

We love Zou75. The service adn food are 100%! Our experience is always a great one. Staff is friendly and accomodating and appetizers, main dishes, martinis are the best! We love the large rooms that accomodate all 8 or more of us!! fun....you will go back for more :=))

Not a great experience this time. Waiter said kitchen had big order in before us and said my husbands meal might take a little longer. We understood. His hot meal ended up coming 25 minutes before my sushi. My husband was nearly finished before I even had my main course. Waiter hardly apologized and offered nothing to compensate for the extremely poor timing of the meal. And that was our 20th anniversary dinner. Big Bummer!!

Charming place! I sat at the bar solo and had delicious food and great service. I had the steak appetizer (you have to get it on the spicy slaw) and the tuna bites, and they were both delicious. Great little place! I'll definitely be back.

Truly a fabulous dinning experience. We met our friends who go there a lot. The service the people the food was exceptional. As you can see form the photos we had many plates and sushi. All was fantastic. Our friends had Martinis as Zou is a specialty Martini bar among many other things. It will require many visits before we try their wonderful food and cocktails menu. Hahah! Enjoy!

We visit Hailey once or twice a year and always go to Zou 75. It is excellent and never disappoints. They were a little short staffed on our last trip but the owner was working the tables like the pro that she is. Food and atmosphere was excellent as usual!! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful service! They are so attentive here your glass won’t get half full before someone offers you more water. The food was extremely fresh and cooked to perfection. We brought people who don’t eat fish and they had a tasty steak dish with mash potatoes our friends were saying were the best they’ve ever had.

I called last minute I'm sorry for that but the owner Ramie squeezed 10 of us in it was unbelievable and we were so grateful. The service was professional, attentive and overall perfect. The food was top notch, everything was beautifully plated and so good. They go above and beyond with their menus and the quality of food they serve. The chefs and team preparing the food are amazing, Cody L. is our favorite and he knows what he is doing, he's amazing to watch. The best sushi in blaine county by far. The ambiance is cozy and comfortable with a sophisticated vibe.
We walked in without reservations, they made space for us. Because we didn’t make reservations, we had zero expectations. The staff was so wonderful, true teamwork! The kitchen staff…seriously impressive! Food and drinks were superb!!! Sushi in Hailey Idaho??? ABSOLUTELY!

Excellent food served with a smile! The triple sashimi was perfection and the thinly sliced beef tetaki was heavenly. Family got a bit of everything and we shared it. Everyone enjoyed every bite. The shrimp tempura is a fave!! Been here multiple times and always can’t wait to come back! Happy place!!

Love love love this place! Always fresh, delicious and served with a smile. The sashimi was excellent and the thinly sliced beef tetaki was perfection! Also had the tempura which was just right. My family love all the rolls...And, oh yeah, the pear martini is sooo good!
