If you like sushi, this is the place for you. Large menu with options that are cooked ;) Staff is friendly enough and a joy to watch work. The prices are decent and the locals seem to love it. I'm not a fan of sushi, but the chicken skewers were delicious. Only flaw - the fried rice is not authentic. It's made to order, which true fried rice cannot be. it should be made from day old cooked rice, egg, and fried in a wok.
Blue Hashi is on the opposite side of town from our office right now, but it's still a regular lunch spot for dine-in or take-out! The staff has been consistently kind and attentive. Food is quick, even today when the dining room was almost full for lunch. I honestly don't know why all of the Blue Hashi reviews are not 5 stars! This is the best sushi in Idaho Falls and maybe Idaho. It is our go to spot for sushi and it is always excellent. We've had sushi in Spokane, Utah and Montana and Hawaii, but this is the best. I usually choose The Vision, which is the chef's choice and I have never been disappointed!
