We just moved to town from out of state. No doubt, a long and tiring process from start to finish. We were hungry for something other than your typical fast food, but didn't know what was good, so of course I turned to Yelp, and found Happy Chinese Express. So delicious, so affordable, and the food comes out so fast. You couldn't ask for more. All of their dim sum is delicious as well. It's a little greasy because it's deep fried and comes out fresh, but that's about it. No complaints.
For this one the stars are for price versus portion. The food is as good and even a little better than most of what Panda has to offer. portions are much larger and cheaper. Service was mediocre.
