Looked for a local taco truck on our drive through Idaho, stopped at Tacos el Paisa and it did not disappoint! The owner was very friendly and gave awesome recommendations. Food quality was excellent and the flavors were drool worthy. Not to mention less than $10 for 4 tacos! Had the carne asada and al pastor tacos and would definitely recommend! Will stop again on our next trip through!
Dear Traveler! Don’t be put off by the dated look and a strange sitting area of this place. The food is delicious, and portions are huge. Just don’t forget to throw a little meat to the guardian of this establishment

We were just driving through and saw that this little taco truck had great reviews and was decently priced, so we took our family of 6 there! We got 6 tacos, a quesabirria, 2 sopas, a cheese quesadilla (which was very large) and a hot dog (bc children ?♀️).
