Always fun to try a new restaurant. This relatively new addition to Ketchum did not disappoint. We had the Fiesta Bowl and a build your own bowl. Such fresh and delicious options from the protein to the sides and sauces. I chose brown rice base, traditional tuna, trio, crab salad, avocado, edamame, cilantro, sesame seeds. I crave this place every time I hear it’s name even mentioned. Like a salivating Pavlov dog my mouth literally waters when my wife talks about it. I’m new to poke but I’m thoroughly impressed. Fresh ingredients, creative bowls, and mind blowing flavor combos in almost every bite. Not overstating, I love this place.

Absolutely the BEST bowl. This is my go-to for a healthy meal on the go. Always fresh and delish. Combinations and flavor profiles are on point. Ketchum crew and Downtown Boise crew are friendly and enthusiastic. I hope you open in Twin Falls!! You will have a fan.
