One of only a couple places still serving food when we arrived late (10pm) on a Saturday night. The food didn't disappoint. I had the brisket and the hubs had spicy chicken. It was a good find.

TOTAL SCAM. My $40 order for my friends & I was given to an incredibly drunk man with a broken bloody finger. It was obvious I was NOT with this person. I was the sober 50 year old women grabbing a late night snack with my friends before heading home. The employee offered only attitude, didn't even bother opening the window to talk with me, no apology, no offer of redoing my order, nor reimbursement. I chose not to chase down a thief nor yell at the employee that could care less about the simple basics of food service & customer service. I didn't feel safe doing either. I believe the food truck employee was in cahoots with their local drunk friend and purposely took advantage of me... *owner contacted me and has stated "I can assure you this won't happen again".

We went here for lunch one day. I ordered the ribs which were 15 dollars and I got maybe half a rack with noo sides. Just a half rack of ribs for 15 bucks. They were really good but the meal was not very filling. My boyfriend got a sandwich that was good but also no sides either. Also they didn't have any drinks besides water and Diet Coke on the day we went. So really good food, but super expensive for what you get.

Excellent BBQ However watch out for the local drunk hanging out. We were grabbing late dinner around 10:30 pm after our daughters figure skating competition. While we were eating there Three drunks (two women n men) came and approached our teenage daughter started harassing her. They were threatening to beat her up. Then they started threatening me and my husband for having problems with them. This went on for good 15min or so. Store owner was there whole time but he seems to care very little about drunk people harassing his customers. We have been to Sun valley every summer for past 10 years. This is very unusual experience in this community. Food is good but terrible place to eat because drunks seems to be restaurant owners friends.

I contacted at 1:30p to verify, and they responded that they were. I left Hailey at 1:50p to make a special trip to Ketchum to try their food. I got there at 2:04p, and guess what...............THEY WERE CLOSED. I contacted via social media to voice my displeasure. "Sorry. It was slow so we closed. Come back after 11p" REALLY? THAT'S IT?! Won't matter if the food is good or even great if you treat (potential) customers that way. Live by the bar crowd, die by the bar crowd. That's the way it's always been up there for late night eateries. This could be the best BBQ in the world, but I'll never know, 'cause I will never, ever again make any effort to try it.

We came here after watching a band at whiskey jacks. Great late night food. We got ribs and chicken sandwich. Chicken sandwich was ok but the ribs were amazing. Not fatty at all. Some of the best ribs I've had in a very long time. Make sure to add the bbq sauce. Legit good late night food.
