So I am not a Big Mcdonald fan only because of the artificial ingredients and preservatives in all fast foods. We all love the taste its a science for fast food. However these fast food restaurants and frozen dishes in my opinion are what is killing us and making us unhealthy. The goverment allows low percentages of harmful chemicals in our food but if you eat it constantly it is a large dose and will compromise your health. Look for fresh unfrozen proteins where you eat.
