Sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and when I got to the speaker to order I was asked to wait…I waited 5 minutes then said “hello?” And was told “We are too busy to take your order, it will be a bit.” And they returned several minutes later telling me they were too busy and they couldn’t take my order at all so I had to leave. Then as I proceed to drive through to leave, three employees laughed as I drove by and they were standing around with only 6 people...read full review
There was a lovely young lady helping me at the drive through window. She could see that my left hand was newly broken and in a brace. Without asking she doubled up a drink holder and placed my drink and frosty in it so I wouldn't drop it. She seemed to notice I'd been having a rough day and told me she hoped it got better. I was so touched by her sweet and thoughtful kindness to a stranger. She will never know how much of a positive impact she had on me at a really rough time....read full review
