OMG !! So I just had the best customer service from the manager tonight at Applebees, I wish I got his name anyway, he was awesome . I had my food delivered from a different service and my drink was missed and I called just to ask what happened, not a big deal by any means it’s just a drink, right . Matt was the very best waiter I have had in a long time. He handled our table of 7 perfectly. He was definitely on top of his game and we all appreciated that. He deserves a raise. Thanks

It was fine, the food was corporate good. Look, I'm just not a fan of corporate restaurants. There was nothing they could have done to get 5 stars out of me. Had it been my decision to choose the restaurant that day, I would have picked a local establishment.
