I absolutely love the variety of choices for pizza in the Treasure Valley. Idaho Pizza Co, Domino's, Little Caesars, The Flying Pie. I was disappointed when I finally got to try Chicago Connection. I started to write a 4 star review, but as I read some of the rantings of others it made me change my opinion. Coming from a past background of food services I understand you can't please all the people all the time. Specifically when people call at your busiest times to complain. Walking in.. it feels like pizza. If you could bottle what you think a Chicago pizzeria should smell like it’s this. Being from Wisconsin there’s a love for deep dish. Everyone at the counter from the gent that looked for my order to the pizza chef that offered to help me to my car was so friendly. The pizza was great! Crust to topping ratio on point. For sure will be back when that deep dish craving hits!
