Wow. That’s all I can say. This is, hands down, THE best costa vida experience I’ve ever had. The service was top notch. I felt like I was walking into a 5 star deluxe restaurant off of Miami Beach. The customer service was unmatched. Ethan was our server and made sure to ask if I wanted cheese and sauce. What an overall 10/10 experience. Shout of Ethan!! I put in a large work order today and my meal was forgotten. I called and was offered a refund initially and then the gal offered to have someone drive it out to me. Not only did they bring my lunch, they included chips and salsa, and a cookie. Thank you for going above and beyond to make that right instead of doing the easy thing (refund).
