Came at closing, (8:00) would of went somewhere else if we had known we had to leave so soon. Before she asked if we wanted it to go. I said like to eat here, she said ok we still have to close up. Which only took 10 minutes. Not enough time to eat rice bowls. Seems like they just wanted our money. The 5 of us likely will not return.
A week ago, I went in to get 2 orders, no one was in line. The team member messed up on both bowls because they constantly said "anything else?" and wasn't hearing what I was asking for. Then, near the register, the cashier and the other team member were both asking me "anything else?" at the same time. So, no...nothing else. Today, I had a similar experience. No one behind me in line and the team member making my bowl did the same rushed service and again, didn't add what I requested....read full review

I tried to be nice to the guy that made my food, but tipping him 10.00. I told him, "If he appreciated me enough to come say hi to me, I was there for 1 hour and nothing.I prefer to give my money to those who appreciate others. I didn't leave feeling that way. I'm not sure I'll be back because of his choices!
