Difficult to find an authentic Mandarin Cuisine near Meridian and I have been ordering from here atleast once a week for last few years. Cracked Shirmp, Pork , Hunan Stir Fry, Szechuan Chicken , Double cooked Pork and top it with a Mixed Chow Rice. Add up spice levels and they nail it with consistency . This is our favorite date night restaurant. We aren't fancy people but this is great food and a nicer atmosphere than what you typically expect when going out for Chinese food. Our absolute favorite is the General's Chicken and they offer three different options for spicy. My husband gets the highest level (3) and he just raves about it.You also can't beat the fried wantons and sweet and sour dipping sauce!

Great food but what was even more impressive was our server’s ability to guide my spiciness request. Usually 5/5 is not very hot for me. A short conversation and she suggested 4/5 which was more than spicy enough. 5/5 would have been atomic. A very large portion, brown rice which is unusual and great service. Very, very satisfying.
