They made our online order of sandwiches wrong (3 out of four) and when we brought it to their attention they made us go to the back of the in-store line before fixing it.Update: It got even worse.After we gave them the receipt to remake them they lost it.We finally received our correct order and the server blamed us because she doesn't know the difference between Italian bread and Italian Herbs & Cheese. The bread was dry and not the usual fluffy stuff we are used to at Subway.
The lady who took my order was pretty inattentive. I asked for a ham sandwich and she gave me turkey (I can't stand turkey, gross lol). I asked for vinegar and she put ranch, also gross in my opinion. I couldn't eat the sandwich and stupidly tipped 20% before I knew how messed up my order was. This was my lunch on a SUPER busy work day and I only have 30 mins (this took 15 minutes at least). Super disappointed and I won't be coming back to this location.

Subway…where do I begin? The staff were amazing today. Mia and Molly made our sandwiches amazing today. Molly had the most beautiful eyes and a warm heart. Mia had a gorgeous smile and a generous personality. Her coworker fell on some soda, and Mia dropped everything to help her up. They knew exactly what they were doing! Will be coming here again??
