The employees are always extremely kind. We've been there several times, and it doesn't matter who's working. The food is always hot, and there is plenty of seating and parking. What more can you ask for in a fast food restaurant? (Obviously, we think the food is great, too)
This Meridian location has gotten my order wrong and/or missing items 4 out of 6 times this year. Had to drive back and wait in line on two occasions because I forgot to check the bag (should know better by now). They've never apologized or demonstrated any empathy for the inconvenience. I've thrown away food or "donated" money to this location and its employees numerous times. They or their management don't seem to give a damn.
