Trash, food was cold and nasty. menus and tables were sticky, servers, greeters and bartenders are more than over it which makes the experience even worse. Anything is better than here.

Quick and not busyVegetarian options: If you can't eat meat try the culiflour wings they are just as good as a typical chicken wing

Food was good.Service left room for want as we received the best service from a server that was not covering our area. Our intended server(s) were probably training one or both and they were late in bringing napkins (for eating wings...), silverware, refills, etc.A big thank you to the server who went over and above.

This place sucks on service! We waited 1/2 hour just for someone to come check on us for drinks. Food came out at different times. Never going back!

Ordered delivery for my family and noticed that door dash kept assigning different drivers to my order almost an hr after it was scheduled to be delivered I called the current driver and she said she waited almost 20 minutes for my order to be ready before leaving. I then called the store to see what the problem was and was informed that my order was already picked up and I needed to contact door dash.Called door dash was told that a driver was waiting for my order and that my order would be delivered shortly, I explained what the store and other driver had told me and after a short hold I was offered a refund and advised to reorder my food.Knowing it would be at least an hour before my new order would arrive I feed my kids an alternative dinner and reorder my food for myself and figured I could refrigerate the rest and have it for lunch the next day. After receiving an alert say my food was finally on its way (2hrs after it was originally supposed to have been delivered) I receive a call from BWW explaining that they forgot part of my order and they would get door dash to send another driver to pick up the rest of my order and a free piece of cheese cake for my troubles. Shortly after that the first part of my order arrived and the driver informed me that the store forgot part of my order and another driver would be bringing it.Ring ring goes my phone do I dare answer it? Of course it’s BWW calling to say that they were unable to find a driver willing to pick up the rest of my order and that I would receive a refund that I have yet to receive

First off I would like to just say my server named Badger was immaculate I haven't had customer service like this in years. I don't go out as much especially with all the services we have today doordash and Uber Eats... He was very friendly and fast! He also suggested things off the menu and saved me some money with good deals. Because of my server and his great skills I will definitely be back with my family or alone only because of him!Vegetarian options: They have celery and carrots.Kid-friendliness: What kid nowadays doesn't have a phone or a tablet?Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and double Swinging Doors.

The days of great customer service definitely are gone when it comes to this BWW. I mean they told my with there was no way the they were going to bring the food out to the car. I wish I could take back the $25 tip. Sometimes a little kindness goes a long way.

Surprised it wasn't as busy during March Madness just kicking off, and that our visit was on a Sunday afternoon. We got seated right away with a family of 4, but there weren't as many people. We sat in the bar area, which is still kid-friendly unless you sit at the "bar top". They have a new way to pay since we were last there which was a year ago. You can scan a QR code and pay that way if you pay with a card. If you don't have a QR scanner like us, they bring you the bill and you pay at the table. We can for sure say we enjoyed our time at this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Our kids enjoyed the restaurant, my son more than my daughter since she isn't a sports fan.

Update: Jeff called and made this right. We came in again tonight and the service is incredible. It's only been 20 minutes and we have already been given our apps drinks water and utensils. I'm glad we gave it another shot.I would like my money back for the horrible service or lack thereof. I will be falling tomorrow for a full refund. Apparently you don't get table service water or utensils anymore and the food is served cold. Gross!

I used to love it but it's consistently trash now ?️ absolute garbagè. Also don't charge people for a 2oz cup of sauce if you're not even going to give me the sauce in at least a 2oz cup ? some of us aren't stupid and we like sauce. And we paid for 2oz ?♀️

Sat down ordered our food and waited for over an hour. We got drinks and then nothing, while everyone who showed up 30 minites after we arrived got food. This location is notoriously bad. Ive never been to a bad BWW until going here. For your sake don't go.
