Absolutely love The Block! The pulled pork and brisket are my favorite. The beans with pork belly is delicious with plenty of pork belly in every bite. The mac and cheese is super creamy. Plus the choices of bbq, try them all!
It used be hard to find good BBQ in the Boise area. It may be a bit of a drive but it is well worth. Unless cooking it yourself brisket tends to be dry do to having to store before serving. The brisket here was nice and moist. Tasted like it just came off the smoker. Perfectly tense. HIGHLY RECCOMEND.
