I attended a work meeting at Holy Cow and ordered the Fish Tacos. The fish was perfectly cooked! However, I would've preferred a little more crema and a little less slaw. It was delicious, but difficult to eat (and definitely messy), and the crema ran out before my slaw did. The service was prompt & friendly, atmosphere was nice & casual.I was disappointed that the Holy Cow Burger (burger sandwiched between two grilled cheese sandwiches) was no longer on the menu. Having been there previously with folks who ordered said burger, I thought it would be a staple on their menu (though I admittedly wouldn't have the appetite for it!).

First time. Last time. If I'm going to pay $20+ for fish and chips, it should at least be amazing. Food was below average in taste.Upset stomach terribly. Not worth the price, or going back.

We’re from out of state and every time we come to town we’ve always made it a point to eat here.Today is the last time we will ever give business to them. I went in with a group of 5 adults and two children, we all ordered food and drinks but one child wanted a slice of pizza so my brother went next door to Messengers to grab her “one” slice. He walked in with it and the waitress (rudely) did not let him bring it in. We told her it was only one slice for our three year old and she said (rudely) “doesn’t matter.” Keep in mind we also ordered a kids meal from them as well so it’s not like they were losing out on anything. Our child really just wanted a slice of pizza. We canceled our order, paid for our drinks, walked out and enjoyed our dinner at Messengers. Who denies a toddler a slice of pizza?

The brussel sprouts are amazing!!! The alien tacos are strange but taste good. A little more cheese might help them. The tater tots were cooked perfectly. Staff is super friendly and very attentive and helpful!!!! We will be back for sure!!!!

A very clean and quiet little getaway in downtown Nampa. They have great burgers and fries, and the service is top notch and they get your food to you quickly. I highly recommend giving them a try.
It's been awhile since I've eaten at Holy Cow, but I've always had a great experience. Today was even better since there are NEW (at least to me) menus- and fries or tots are now included in the price of the burger-no more ordering the sides separately. Also, no more extra charge for a side of ranch! Food was delicious and service was great! Appreciative of the menu changes!

The mac & cheese egg rolls are phenomenal. I would go there again just for that, so yummy. Nom nom.. I'm glad I tried them. They have this cute little gift shop area with some cute Idaho gift ideas. The restaurant was super clean and the staff were friendly. The fish tacos were very good. You only get two Tacos per serving, but the fish and the sauce were very good. The hamburger was good, but it was just a hamburger nothing special. I did only order the classic one though. The fries were super yummy and would definitely get those again. Overall a great place to try/eat. I will definitely go back there again.
