We’ve been longtime customers of Idaho Pizza Co. Generally order once a week. We have the pizza’s delivered to our home. When ordering the pizza we ask for extra crispy. On several occasions we have had to call and let them know that the pizza is not extra crispy and actually quite flimsy (cooked to their standards or undercooked). Last Thursday we ordered and the pizza showed up not how we asked for it… disclaimer: we let them know at time of order that if it’s not crispy, we will be calling. Anyway.. it’s showed up not crispy. I called spoke to a female manager whose first name starts with a M. I was assured that a coupon would be put in the mail to us or we could have another sent out. We chose the 1st option. Coupon never came. So tonight we our giving their competitor a try to see if they can give you a 30.00 pizza to you the way that you asked for. I know this may sound petty.. but pizza is now expensive and you should get it how you asked for it. I could have purchased a couple of lovely ribeye steaks for the price and maybe I should have.

We stopped on a Friday night prior to a concert at the Ford Idaho Center. The place was packed and I was concerned about getting in and out in time for our concert. They did a great job of fast service and great food. My wife said it was probably the best pizza she had ever had.

We visited the Idaho Pizza off Garrity Blvd. The food at Idaho Pizza is fantastic! We LOVE the pizza, salad bar, sandwiches, and sweet treats! Our recent visit was a bit frustrating, however, to begin with we were charged for an extra meal. We were able to get the charge reversed, but we spent a lot of extra time in line getting this corrected. Then, as I was about to leave the salad bar I asked one of the servers if I could have a cup for some extra dressing. He said, yes, but I'd have to pay .80¢ for the cup. I said that I've already paid for my meal and I'm nearly done at the salad bar, would he mind giving me the cup so that I can finish up and then I'd pay for the extra dressing but again, he said, sorry, you'll have to go back in line, pay, then come get the dressing. By this time, I have been in line 3 times: once to pay for the meal (make sure to ask for an itemized receipt), the second time, to wait for the Assistant Manager to correct the overcharge, now, a third time to wait to pay for an .80¢ cup!!!!! I asked the Assistant Manager why they don't have a sign or a notification on their menu about the upcharge on the dressing so that customers aren't being referred back to the register after paying. She said, well it's a new policy so that's why we don't have anything up. Idaho Pizza: I don't mind paying extra for great food, we enjoy your restaurant, but the way we were treated by your crew this last visit was frustrating. Please notify your customers that prices have changed at the time of charge otherwise give the customer at the salad bar a cup! Don't make YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS get back in line because YOU failed to mention that you're now charging for an item that was previously included in the price of the salad bar. For Goodness Sakes!!!!!

The person running the buffet has no clue what people want. He keeps putting multiples of what is already on the buffet line instead of what isn't there. He put out a combination pizza and it was devoured by the guests. Instead of making another one, or replacing the empty pepperoni ouzza tray, or the empty all meat puzza tray, he put out a third pizza with bbq sauce. So he then had two dead pizzas on his line with bbq sauce, two with jalapeños, and remnants of two others. Only one was fresh.I think I will need to encourage my coworkers to go to lunch somewhere else

I think it's really weird that you have to go to the cashier to get fresh plates and utensils at a buffet! You know they're not washing hands between handling money and plates. I saw lots of people re-use dirty plates rather than wait in line to get fresh ones. We had to go back for new forks a couple times (toddler problems ha) and the dirty stuff continued to stack up at our table with no one pre-bussing and no bins to put them ourselves. I also thought the salad bar items tasted stale. The regular pizza was pretty good!!! But the dessert pizza was raw dough in places. We will give it another chance because I love a good pizza buffet but I hope they work on quality control and customer experience.
