I walked in there were two customers in line ahead of me and not a single car in the drive through. I was just grabbing dinner for the kids. I watch the drive through fill up and 10 cars served, the two people in front of me being helped by 1 person. There had to have been 10 plus people working. I stood there for close to 25 minutes and was not even helped. So I walked out. Ridiculous, customer service is dead and people have other places to be. Wasted so much time and still had kids to feed. Wish I would have read the reviews before going in. Won’t be back.

I thought the only fun surprise would be my fortune cookie, but nope! It was actually a bone in their orange chicken, thought it was boneless ?♀️ When talking to the manager he was rude, defensive, and didn’t care for us, he showed no remorse and claimed that they didn’t make the chicken and they just get it from the bag. ?

Me and my brother decided to stop in today for a quick drive through meal and we were treated like our experience meant nothing to them. The cream cheese ragoons were extremely undercooked, and the super greens were undercooked. They forgot our large water in our order and they chose to inform us that the honey walnut shrimp had a wait time after giving us our food and closing the window and realizing we hadn't drove away yet. So we went inside and asked for the manager in order to better understand why these issues occurred. The manager who was very upset at us for bringing these issues to his attention said that the ragoons were like that because of the oil, yelled at his employee to get us our water and then angrily told us that "even McDonald's has wait times". Comparing Panda Express to McDonald's. We understand that wait times are real and we also understand that sometimes things are missed when packaging up a to go order but the attitude we were given for simply bringing these issues to attention was very uncalled for. I personally will not go to this location again now because of the customer service we received when only trying to voice our concerns. We have eaten at the Nampa 12th ave location over 100 times and never had a dine in or drive through experience like today. The manager Antonio would rather release anger upon customers than treat them with respect and it is extremely unprofessional and not courteous at all.

Went through the drive-thru, was told small wait for chow mein. Waited 30 minutes for food, smaller portions than I remembered, had chow mein mixed with my rice that I also ordered, and food was just on the low side of mediocre.....at best. Won't be going back, $50 is better spent elsewhere.

Stopped by because I was in a hurry and needed a fast meal. Probably the worst Panda Express meal I've ever had. Chicken was 50% fat and tasted gross, fried rice was very old and bland, and the napkins had a very strong vinegar odor. Definitely not coming here again.I threw away 90% of my meal.The worst part was, I was extremely hungry and excited to eat. Unfortunately I'd rather hear my stomach growl than eat another bite.
