This place is gross. I made a mistake and accidentally ordered my pizza as a pick up instead of delivery and now that I know what it looks like in there, I will never be back. When I pulled up to the parking lot, I was walking towards the front door and their back door was open exposing their backroom which was absolutely disgusting. When you walk into the front door, it's nothing short of a nightmare. None of the Meats are kept cold, they are in small bins on the counter. Everything is dirty, sticky, messy. The delivery drovers are walking around slow and frumpy like they hate life. I walked out with my order wondering if I should even risk eating the food. If you are going to have your kitchen be exposed, make sure it's clean.

Sad to say this location hasn’t got my orders correct for awhile. I haven’t said anything or reviewed because I didn’t feel it would help. But now we ordered and the wings had the wrong sauce. The food was room temperature. This was a bummer. We always tip 20% or more and in cash. So I’m not taking it personal. It’s just not a very good Papa John’s. ☹️

We like the pizza options here and our current favorite go to is the Extra Cheesy Alfredo Pizza. We have ordered from here many times and I enjoy the rewards I get on future orders by ordering through the app. The pizza gets here quickly when we have it delivered but we usually do pickup from the store and they have always been very pleasant.

Made an online order, went in to pick it up 20 minutes later. There was a problem with the system and the order didn’t come thru on their end even though I had been charged. Shelly the shift manager did everything she could to get the problem fixed and resolved. It took sometime but I got my 3 pizzas and left happy. The pizza is always great but the customer service this time was outstanding. I won’t order pizza from anywhere else.
