Service was a bit slow but the workers there are obviously under staffed. The young gentleman who took our order was very kind. Food was fine and the order was correct which can be a rarity in fast food these days.

SO SLOW! Absolutely ridiculous. If there’s a lot of cars in the drive thru, do yourself a favor and go to the stalls instead. They “can’t” make cars in the drive through move up when waiting for large orders, they just make everyone else behind them in the drive thru wait too. Come on Sonic, everywhere else has large orders pull forward to wait so someone with a single drink doesn’t have to wait 30 min.

Normally we Love comin 2 Sonic. This time we ordered, waited almost 45minutes still hadn't gotten our food. Checked to see what the wait was since The other people around us had already gotten their food. Even though we were their first. We just said heck with it & left. 45 minutes is WAY TOO LONG TO Wait for a couple ? burgers.

This will be the last time i have sonic. Have had a few times where i was missing food at other locations but this time i bit into and swallowed a raw piece of chicken tender that was disgusting and i threw the rest away, mozzarella sticks seemed fine however. A day later i developed food poisoning and was throwing up for two days. I haven’t had anything else that would cause food poisoning after or prior as it was all fresh produce that i cook properly myself. Again i will not be having sonic again that’s how bad i felt for the last two days.

Their drive-up service is nearly always SO slow. But last night's service was 15 minutes, speaker to food. There weren't any more customers to come in as I sat there (Friday night around 7 pm) & there were only 5 cars in the stalls for service. I (very nicely) commented that it was a very long wait. The young man just shrugged. I said, "So no free fries or anything for the long wait?" He said they "don't do anything like that." Grrr! ?
So, 32 minutes it took to receive 1 basic burger, 1 small fries, and 1 shake that was rather cooled when it came to the vehicle ?♀️ What's happening?

This is the worst sonic. I actually like other sonics. But every time I go to the one on 12th..... any shake or sonic blast I order is just vanilla ice cream with a few pieces of whatever sprinkled on top. Every time. And the food always comes in skimpy small portions compared to every other sonic. I live near this one so I try it once every month or two but I'm always disappointed. I really wanted to try the new turtle sonic blast and guess what I got. A vanilla shake with 5 chocolate Carmel pieces on top. Probably a dozen and a half vanilla shakes I've got over the last 2 years. Butterfinger? Nope vanilla. Cookie dough peanut butter? Nope, vanilla. Chocolate shake with cookie dough. Nope, another vanilla. This sonic fails every time. Today was the last straw. Should have given up on them after strike 3. ?

We stopped in there just before noon on a Saturday. The food was incredibly hot and tasty from the first bite to the last. My wife had her first chemotherapy treatment the day before and wanted a simple cheeseburger and vanilla shake, I had the bacon double cheeseburger, tots and a rootbeer. We needed some simple comfort food and that's exactly what we got. The food was cooked to order and tasted wonderful. It was exactly what we needed. We will definitely return.
