Went to the Tower Grill for the first time for dinner. We had heard good things about the restaurant and figured we would give it a shot. I do not get excited about food and I am in no way a “foodie”, but I was not expecting the quality of food, service and atmosphere that we received while dining. This place is a diamond in the rough. The service from start to finish was family oriented with extremely friendly staff who made sure our food was served and drinks remained filled. The staff all work together and walk around making sure you have everything you need. I’ve never seen anything like it. The food was high end restaurant quality and prepared and plated in a way you forgot you were at an “airport grill”. The interior was decorated with airplane parts and warplane photos which added to the charm. They have an outdoor patio that allows you to watch the planes take off and land while you eat. The interior is smaller so you might have to wait, but it is well worth it. I cannot recommend the Tower Grill enough and look forward to trying their breakfast and lunch as well.Kid-friendliness: This place is great for kids. There are plane parts, pictures and a balcony to watch the planes while you eat.

We seriously love this hidden gem. The food is always good, service is pleasant, and it's such a cool location. We like taking out of town guests here or just stopping in for a brunch date!

Holy cow is this place da bomb. I love airfield diners from my years piloting light planes. They are generally good. This place stands out. We split the chicken fried steak breakfast this time. Hand made and heavenly. Hash browns are crisp, sourdough toast is fresh. A delightful experience every time. I almost hate to recommend it because it's bound to get even more packed than it already is. If you have any extra time, hit the Warhawk museum next door. Huge, fascinating collection of first person service biographies, etc

Recent visit here after attending the IWO JIMA remembrance memorial at the Warhawk air museum. This establishment is just down the street adjacent the Warhawk air museum. Signage is a bit hard to find and locate the place, but it appears to be on the second floor of a converted airfield tower from years gone by. Regardless of that, the place is simply amazing. Lots of parking. Super friendly staff and the best hamburger I have had in a while. Our server was "Kira" and her attentiveness was off the charts great ! In fact, all of the staff was very friendly. Great views out of the tower windows of the airstrip. The place isn't very big and I would guess seating at about 30 max. My friends and I all had hamburgers. Two Spitfire's and one P38. love the naming conventions on those ! several local beers on tap with other selections as well. Overall, I would certainly recommend this place for a breakfast or lunch. Would visit again.

Food and service was so great we went back twice in less than a week. Everything was fresh and served quickly. Watching the aircrafts while eating is such a cool experience that adults and kids both enjoy.
