The (Shift) Manager Alex is a Really great person. He goes FAR PAST the call of duty to ensure his customers are taken care of! If you happen to experience an issue at this location(rare) id recommend just simply calling. I'm sure whatever "issue" you may have had will be addressed.

I called to place an order, and the gentleman that answered was rude, and half way through my order, he hung up on me. The second time I called in I asked immediately for a manager, and she was good. Polite and tried to help me, but i didn't get my order because they couldn't find my address, even though they have delivered previously. ???

I bought a carry-out 3 topping large pizza from this Pizza Hut, and I got home only to see that they placed a medium sized pizza in a large box! It looked like a prank. I measured the diameter of the pizza and it was 12 inches (MEDIUM). How the heck was my family of three supposed to get full with 1 medium pizza! I called the restaurant to complain and they did not answer and let the phone ring for 20 minutes. That's right 20 minutes!!! It did not even go to voicemail or anything... I gave up and could not drive back to the restaurant because I live 20 minutes away from it. What a shame, and I used to love Pizza Hut... sad how one location can ruin it for the rest! Definitely moving on, Domino's and Papa Murphy's it is.

My pizza was made wrong and was not hot when it arrived. The last 3 times I had delivery door dash delivered my food. I don't like that because it takes much longer to get my food. If they continue to use door dash I won't order from them anymore.

The website for ordering kept crashing. When I went to complete the order, it only gave me individual cost for items but did not list them. I ended up with 2 pizza slices folded in half which should have been a pepperoni pizza and a chocolate chip cookie which I didn't want. I didn't get the 2nd order of breadsticks which, as it turns out, was fine because the one that we did get was so stuck onto the box it came in that we only ended up eating half of the breadsticks anyway. The only reason we didn't order from Dominos is because you have the wings that are not breaded and I have a coworker who cannot have gluten. The pizza flavors of the 2 pizzas that we got were mediocre. I ordered pan pizzas for the better crust. You must have changed how you do it because it was awful and the only real thing that I like about pizzas are the crust and the pepperoni. You totally screwed this one and for me to pay $75 to be totally underwhelmed...well, I won't be going to Pizza Hut in a very very very long time, if ever.

So I ordered two med pies, a 2 liter, and a parm shaker. First issue was the store took an hour and a half to deliver even though I live less than 2 miles away. Second issue was when I called to check on my order they stated they only had one driver for the evening, which was a Saturday night. Never offered a discount, refund, or anything else. Third, when the order finally got to me an hour and a half after I placed it, the order was cold and incomplete: I never got the parm shaker. Fourth, later that night I got food poisoning from the pies. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from the store again.

The guy brought us the wrong pizza and we had to chase him down to get the right order. Our Hawaiian pizza had no pineapple on it. The pizza was not that warm. We paid extra for cheese bread and only got breadsticks.
