The drive through is bad... Like super bad they tell you one second at the order screen, that will turn into 5 minutes even when nobody else is there. Then they have you pull forward as soon as you get to the window where you see three people sent in around doing nothing. Look I know why you do it we all do. You're timed from order time to off the window time you're fudging the wait time numbers so you look good for corporate, but I promise you you're only pissing customers off....read full review
I never have a complaint about the food, always super yummy.However, I’m not one to even complain at all but after numerous times of going through the drive thru and coming home with half of my order missing it’s getting ridiculous. Y’all really need to work on your drive thru crew. Especially when it’s not busy I don’t see why it’s so hard to get everything ordered into the bag. Juiciest burgers that's the best way I can explain this burger King. I do keto and love to come here because they put everything you would normally get on regular sandwich just without the bun.
