Puerto Vallarta is where Perkins used to be. I was in Pocatello for the weekend and decided to try it. I ordered the spicy chicken with rice and a bean soup. My wife ordered a burger and fries. The menu said the chicken was spice level 2. I took one bite and was surprised how spicy it was. I wasn't prepared for how hot it was, but it was still manageable. I was able to finish the meal.
