Mid-March here. The regional free weekly newspaper is promoting many restaurants across the area, so we found Fleur de Sel listed. We reserved a Friday evening time and were seated promptly in a fairly small dining area appropriately spaced. Wonderful and unique menu options. The airline chicken and duck confit were both delicious and cooked perfectly. Their bread is stellar! Staff was polite and efficient. Overall great experience!
This is another one of those locations that I probably shouldn't review; the restaurant isn't exactly tiny but it does frequently run out of reservation/seating (especially now with some reduced seating capacity due to COVID).
