Ordered a free JBC with my order, they even scanned the app, said they were waiting on it and made us wait, and then never gave it to us nor was it on our receipt. Don’t know where the communication went wrong but check your bags for app related stuff, can’t be too mad because it was free but I wish I would’ve ordered a sandwich they would’ve given me so I had one to eat haha
AMAZING SERVICE!! I went through the drive thru and I neglected to bring my wallet and they were not equipped for Apple Pay and I ended up just telling them to cancel the order. Then the most kind woman said that she’d figure it out and she ended up paying for it with her own money. I hope this employee gets this message. She could not receive higher praise. I will be sure to pay it forward. God is good and so is this amazing employee. God bless.

Just barely left Wendy's. The gentleman working on the drive thru on 2/25/21 at 11:40 was so friendly! He genuinely made me have a better day. The service was so so so fast. Good job!
