Food is probably a 5 out of 10 In my opinion, tables were dirty and all garbage was full, staff was more concentrated on chatting in the kitchen on their phones instead of attending to customers ex; making sure tables are wiped, food off the lobby floor, garbage take out etc. We had to leave out trays at the table because there was no room around the waste cans. My mother had never visited a Cafe Rio before. I felt like it was going to be a struggle to get the orders in because I’m my mother’s interpreter, but I’ve always been up to the challenge. They were out of pork so they substituted beef on our salads. Our salads were completely made up of wilted lettuce and were soaked to the point of leaking through the bag. Totally not edible.
