This place is always packed and I'm not really sure why, wait times take forever and my food is usually burned, it's unfortunate because I love little Caesars where I come from and I'm really not sure who's to blame or the factors behind the service here but I hope they can improve.
I came in and ordered a stuffed crust Hawaiian pizza and a soda. When I got home I went to get a slice and it was so undercooked and doughy that it was not edible. So I called the store and they said to bring in the pizza and they would give me a full refund and remake our pizza for free.So we did and 5 minutes later they gave us a pizza and a super bowl cup that they were supposed to give us the first time for spending 25 or more that the person didn't give us the first time....read full review

Went in to order and met the nicest man named Kalvin. (I think is how you spell it) He made us laugh and couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything fresh made and smells delicious. Thank you so much for being there. We know how tiring customer service work is and you were nothing but nice and still had smiles for us.
