The other night my family and I came to eat at the Smokey Bone. After waiting 30-45 mins for our food my kiddos hated their grilled cheese from there...so I went to the pizza place inside the same building and told the man working the counter that my kiddos wouldn't even eat their food and hated it. He gave me 2 huge pieces of pizza for free for my kiddos! They loved the pizza and it made our whole night! This place is amazing. We accidentally ordered several pizzas to a different Lucy’s location, and the team expediently re-made our order with both quality and a smile. The pizza was great too. Highly recommend Lucy’s!

Ok so we usually love Lucy’s, however, last night ruined it for us. Not only did it take forever but our pizza was burnt to a crisp. I was afraid to take it back because I didn’t have time to wait for another century. The guy after us returned his as it was burnt too. We left sad and hungry. :(
