Decaf coffee runs out fastest at most Paneras so they have a replacement pot in reserve, pre-brewed. This one in Addison near Sam's Club has been out twice on two separate days, way before close, and did not have a dispenser pot ready to go. Both times had to wait for a new pot to brew. No Bueno. I'm a sip club member so I go as often as I can.This could easily be solved if Paneras would switch to the machines that brew one cup at a time from beans being ground on the spot, like...read full review

Look you go to one Panera you basically went to them all. Food is the same. Service is generally similar. The only reason why I writing a review for this one is they redecorated and it is HORRIBLE. The colors, the patterns are brutal. They had a wood barrier that separated the register / waiting area from the dining room. They tore it down. Horrible idea for a couple reasons. This was a 5 star review before. Oh well.

Food is always good and very consistent. Unlimited Sips Coffee Club for $12 per month is a good deal if you love coffee. Best value are the Duets: $6.99 includes a half sandwich, soup and a side. Free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating.
