“Our server, Dave, was an AMAZING, above and beyond attentive, and extremely nice!! He was on top of everything before we could ask, was always keeping an eye out without being lingering. One of the best servers, no, THE BEST server I’ve had in YEARS!! Such a refreshing experience to have such wonderful service, in a relaxing and inviting atmosphere that was actually very clean!! Thanks to Dave for making our dinner that much more enjoyable and making me a custom “NEAPOLITAN” shake!!!“
“I like my fast food in burrito form because its easy to eat while driving. I love that Sonic serves breakfast all day long. My absolute favorite fast food item is Sonic's breakfast burritos. If you haven't tried them, give it a go. The Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito is absolute fast food perfection, in my opinion. It does contain jalapeno peppers, so beware if you can't handle heat. They have a couple other breakfast burritos that aren't spicy but are good.Otherwise, this location is a Sonic just like every other.“
“I went through the drive thru. The man who helped me was very nice. There was a car at the window in front of me. It moved up to the door. I assumed it was waiting for an order to be brought out. I paid for the order & moved up to the door. The young lady inside was carrying a bag but didn't seem to know what to do. Anyway I loved the breakfast menu items I got. And the people were nice.“
“Wonderful service by caring employee and manager!! I am sorry I just don’t know their names.I had an issue placing my order on the app last night on 2/29/2024 (my fault entirely). I had intended to place two separate orders but was not successful, completely my fault as I’m very new to the the McD app. The employee and manager (I don’t know their names) listened carefully to my explaining, smiled warmly, were very polite and quickly and kindly corrected my order.I appreciate your time and kindness and for helping solve my issue today. “Although the management seemed a little abrasive, myself and my family watched as two managers sternly wave their finger yelling at girls young girls, tried to pull them back behind the counter so people wouldn't see one girl was even in tears. Of course the food is always delicious it's portillo's I mean you follow a recipe and you do what the other chain does the place was very clean we do remember I think one of the girls names was Kim or Kimberly and they had asked us if we were okay and everything was fine and there was another girl named Emma who was just radiant and so nice I think she was waiting for a ride to pick her up she was still in her uniform yet she still talked to some of the customers because we had a question for her she didn't walk outside she sat and answered our questions he was a doll. We will definitely be back!!“
“We ordered coffee and fries to go just after the lunch service started. The coffee was great, and the fries should have been fresh hot and delicious. Unfortunately, the fries tasted as if they'd been sitting under a heat lamp for too long.“
“Manager Leo did a great job. There was a girl folding king hats that gave each of our girls a few hats and showed our daughters how to fold them. Very friendly staff. I am a fan of Burger King (prefer Burger King’s Burgers over McDonald’s). I do wish Burger King’s fries were better (I wish the fries were more similar to McDonald’s or even Checkers). We have visited many BK’s in the area, today we went to the one in Algonquin on Randall Road. Food was excellent, hot and fresh. Service was amazing. I ordered a double whopper with cheese and it was the best double whopper I had from a Burger King in a long time, fresh and hot. Ordered nuggets for the kids and a few extra burgers and fries for our neighbors kids. Food was excellent, playground was very clean (for the kids). Keep up the good work Algonquin location.Kid-friendliness: King hats (crowns?) for the kids, very friendly staff, very nice playground for the kids and excellent food with reasonable prices!“
“Took The Wife here for a late lunch. It was busy-ish, but we got a table fairly quickly. I got a Cheeseburger that took a very long time to make, and The Wife got a soup and half a sandwich. Nice place for the most part, but the seats and tables were sticky and dirty. Prices were more than average. A bit on the high side. Not sure if we'll come back.“
“My favorite local place to grab dinner and a drink!! Delicious food and I feel like they have a new cocktail I want to try every time I’m there. Also love Cattleman's when looking for some fun during the week. The karaoke on Tuesdays and singo bingo on Wednesday nights is so much fun with friends!“
