Definitely love Jiang's!! The food is always fresh, cooked well, and has a lot of options! Lots of protein, veggie, sauce, and base options! It's super easy to navigate, too. They do have a menu in case a build your own bowl is not for you, which is nice! They're able to accommodate dietary restrictions for the most part. This place is very very cool. Food and sauce options to create your dish were amazing, and it's nice to have the salad bar and soup while waiting for your food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only drawback was extremely limited selection of drinks- if I recall correctly it was just a few beers and only a house brand for wines. The whole process was initially a bit confusing but now that I've done it all, it's a breeze. we'll be back for sure.
