August 2nd 2023 8-8:30pm the older lady at the drive thru window needs to stop talking and laughing to other employees and needs to pay attention to the customers at the drive thru. I didn’t get the numbered ticket even I asked for one and caused the confusion at the other cars that were ahead and behind me which I assumed she messed up the order of the tickets given.
