“Had lunch in...chicken parmesan was dry, not enough sauce, chicken tasted old, didn't like. Would have liked ice water at table rather than having to purchase $2 bottles of water. Bread was excellent. Paid and tipped, but no table service, so not sure why.Cannolis that we took to-go for a birthday were fantastic. Rosemary focaccia to-go, also great.“
“I’m not big on reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve one. I would post a picture of the food but I ate it too fast before writing this. Their tortas are not on the list to review, but they’re low-key a “hidden gem” here. By hidden I mean they’re on the back page of the menu but if you choose to get them, you will not be disappointed. They’re loaded to the brim, packed with flavor, and the bread is crispy and everything you want out of your torta filling holder. I’ll be trying their pizza next, as the single slices were top tier. They seem like super genuine people who care about their customers and I can’t recommend stopping by for a bite enough.“
“Garibaldi's is not my go to pizza place, but there are times when I get a hankering for their Pizza and it hit's the spot every time. The product is very consistent, the slices are huge. I remember when it was in Town and Country Mall back in the day and they had a guy tossing dough, it was pretty cool. I kinda miss that old mall. Anyway, yes, I recommend this place.“
“Just tried their lunch combo yesterday and it was such a great deal!! Two square slices of pizza and a bottle of soda for $9 and some change! The choices are: cheese, pepperoni, or sausage. The crust is crispy on the bottom and soft and fluffy on the inside! Sauce tastes great too!I’ll be coming back when I come back into town for business!“
“My fiancee had her bridal shower here and we had an amazing time. We don’t leave reviews but I think our experience warranted a review.Phil, the one coordinating our event was great. Accommodated all our requests even requests and things that weren’t part of the event packages, made a lot of day of changes we did not foresee and made sure everything was how we wanted it and alleviated a lot of the stress that goes into event planning.The team of waitresses assigned to us were also amazing. Very attentive and accommodating, took care of all our guests and their requests, weaved through all our festivities seamlessly. Their general demeanor just fit our event well.When food is made in large quantities there is usually a drop in quality but the food for our event was made with the same quality as the actual restaurant. Our guest thoroughly enjoyed the food and were very complimentary of the quality.Depending on the type of event, The venue itself requires little decoration which really makes for a great location for different kinds of events.Thank you, Passero for helping make our event a success.“
“Best pizza ever. Just tried it for the first time since the reopening. Perfect. We had a deep dish cheese and a thin crust sausage. Deep dish amazing (and no chunky tomatoes like lou’s). Thin the same awesome Dondi’s as ever. Crust, sauce, cheese, sausage. Whole family was so happy. So glad Dondi’s is back.“
“Had dinner with one of my former bosses and his wife. Been here with them before; they are regulars. Food was good - I had the taco salad which was huge, boss had chicken tenders, his wife had the jumbo shrimp platter. Food and drink prices are reasonable. Atmosphere is comfortable; parking is adequate. Service wasn't stellar, but it was acceptable. Biggest issue I had, since I picked up the tab, is that they charge a 3.5% "processing fee" if you don't use cash. In a world where we are being forced to used cards every day, since so many places are going cashless, I think this fee is out of line. Yes, it was only a few bucks, but it make me think twice before I frequent this restaurant again since I rarely carry cash.“
“Stopped at Barnaby's Family Inn in Arlington Heights. It was just as I remember. We used to have one in Madison Wi when I was younger. So disappointed when it closed. Good pizza!Dietary restrictions: They have a good Gluten Free crust.“
“My family threw a surprise bday party for me at Tuscan. It was wonderful! The food was fantastic and never ending! The bartenders made sure everyone’s drink needs were met. We rented the entire place…..great venue for a private event! I highly recommend it!“
“Got the 14” pan pizza with bacon and pepperoni and a side of fries. The pizza was in my opinion good, very fresh, and the cheese was perfect. The pepperoni was very flavorful and not cheap. The pizza wasn’t too greasy where it drips on your lap but enough to where it wasn’t dry, it was a perfect amount of everything. I am overall satisfied with the pizza and how it turned out. The fries were crispy like I asked and really good. I would recommend this place and come again.“
“I found your establishment through a fb group that someone was saying how wonderful your food was. My fiance and I came here tonight and it did NOT disappoint! I am a huge pizza connoisseur and this was hands down one of the BEST pizzas I have had in a LONG time! Our drinks were fabulous as well. Also the atmosphere was really really nice. “My new favorite late night hangout place!! The pianist was phenomenal and the wait staff were incredibly friendly. The vibe of the whole place was upbeat and happy. Everyone would sing along to songs and dance and it felt very reminiscent of a giant family reunion amongst strangers. Highly recommend!!“
“Had a great experience with Cory as our server! Drinks were always filled and we were lucky to get focaccia bread before they were all out. Soup tasted fresh. Restaurant was packed but we still felt the service was one of the best we have received prior. Definitely check this place out! Good staple restaurant in Arlington heights.“

“Hands down one of the best restaurants I've been to. A beautiful place with a great vibe. They have a bar in the main dining area which is great if you're looking to hangout after dinner. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and fun! Every dish we had was SPECTACULAR!!!. We ordered about 8 dishes and every single one was delicous. You can tell they use high quality products/ingredients. Lastly, the price we paid for this 10 STAR experience was too low in my opinion. I would easily pay triple the amount for this place. We'll be going back very soon. Maybe this weekend! ;) 10 STARS for Bar Salotto!!!“
