Line is always long, especially during lunchtime, 11 am - 1 pm, even worse during the weekend, normally around 30- 40 mins wait or depending on how many people ahead of you. But is it worth the wait? Yes! Definitely. I always enjoy the ramen and other side dishes they offer. Prices are a bit expensive, around $15, but it's very filling and say worth it. This place never disappoints me regardless how far of a drive it is for me to get here on the weekends. Every time I come to the burbs to visit family, I will always stop by Mitsuwa for the ramen at Santouka followed by a Hokkaido milk tea from ReLeaf cafe. The restaurants at Mitsuwa are so legit, but my ultimate favorite will always be Santouka.
