After arriving to pickup my online order, I asked for the free Tuesday cookie. The cashier indicated that I should have ordered one online. However, the online checkout process never asked me if I wanted a free cookie. Also, the free cookie promotion is likely not offered at all Subway locations either. To the store Manager: please educate your staff as to how the online process actually works. I do not need lectures from uninformed cashiers.
My first time here is was great. It wasn't busy and the staff was very friendly. Sad that the prices are going up. Overall the experience here was pleasant. I do recommend trying out this location if you're hungry. Thanks for reading my review. Peace ✌️
