Everything is made in their kitchen on site. Goat Birria or Birria de Chivo Is one of my favorite dishes, that is increasingly difficult to find. Goat is harder to find and prices have gone up. This restaurant is inside a church, and has limited hours, so a bit of a challenge to actually get to. They seem to only be open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday but have an authentic menu of menudo, Birria, and many other dishes.
