I recently had the unfortunate experience of contacting the Auntie Ann's location near me in hopes of conducting a simple background check on one of their employees. I applied here. So I received a text message from a Monique asking me to come in for an interview. I replied saying that I do have a couple of interviews within today and tomorrow. The worker burnt the pretzels I had to wait 10 mins for and the woman at the cashier refused to give me pretzel bites in exchange for the 4 pretzels I ordered. She bluntly said I will have to wait either way! They were not apologetic or considerate of their customers time!! She was not willing to adjust my order at all so I finally asked for a refund.
