The chicken wrap is a big failure !!!!! Not even close to wraps , its a piece of wrap with lettuce and sauce , chicken is a sample size, very disappointed with it. I wish i took a picture before i wrote this.
This has to be the worst drive thru Burger King in the chain. I keep trying, thinking it will get better but it does not. Please close this one and let a Taco Bell take over.At 12:55 I pulled up, second drive through still blocked, but no cars in the queue. I ordered and then sat for 22 freaking minutes before I pulled out from behind the car in front of me and just went home.This place needs to close and let someone else who understands customer service take over. I am so disgusted at the service here.. I seen what might have been a roach crawling on the counter. I got my food and immediately gave it back. This establishment is ran so badly please get new management in my 15 years of coming here I’ve never experienced this!
