I have been going to this location over 6+ years, It has been a staple when it comes to eating out, the best time is when you go right after work. The line might be long or it might be short. But it's a popular place. The veggie burger here is pretty good! It has a base of chickpeas, mushrooms, and peppers and was pretty filling. I thought the price was fair as well at around $6. I also got a side of pretzel bites which were super hot and fresh when I received them. The cheese was a bit stale tasting (but still paired alright with the pretzels.
